a. providing massage at the client,
b. providing Vastu consultation and Vedic horoscopes online
c. providing a consultation to Vasthu and Vedic horoscopes at the client
1. Basic provisions
1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the legal obligations between the provider of massage services at the client - MgA. Tharindu Jayasundera, MBA., With its registered office in Brno-Židenice, Skorkovského 2718/72, postal code 636 00, IČ: 0837610, DIČ: CZ684624836, a natural person doing business according to the Trade Licensing Act not registered in the Commercial Register.
, and the services provided by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the buyer), and the services provided by the user (hereinafter referred to as the customer).
These are services
a. providing massage at the client,
b. providing Vastu consultation and Vedic horoscopes online
c. providing a consultation to Vást and Vedic horoscopes at the client
1.2. The operator provides services on the basis of a valid trade license and documents certifying professional competence for the activities performed.
1.3 By purchasing a gift voucher, gift certificate, e-mail or telephone order for a specific date of the massage, both the buyer and the customer express their consent to the general business conditions of the operator.
2. Order services
2.1. Date of visit or online consultation
The date of the visit must be arranged and booked in advance in person, online, by email or by phone.
The agreed date is a binding order. The operator reserves the appropriate time for a masseur / consultant for the agreed date of the customer's visit.
2.2. Reorder
If, for serious reasons, you are unable to attend the massage / consultation within the agreed time, please inform us in advance by telephone, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the massage. Subsequent reordering is considered to be the absence of the customer.
2.3. Late arrival
If the customer arrives no later than 15 minutes after the agreed date, the massage / consultation will be performed in a shortened way so that it ends at the originally set time. Later arrival is considered the absence of the customer.
2.4. Absence of a customer
In case of absence or arrival for a massage / consultation with a delay of more than 15 minutes, the customer will be required to pay the value of the booked time in the amount of the ordered service, or will be deducted immediately from the value of the certificate, voucher or free bonus.
2.5. Refusal of massage / consultation
Massage can be refused in the following cases:
a) the customer comes for a massage / consultation with obvious symptoms of infectious diseases
b) the customer comes for a massage / consultation under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of addictive substances
c) the customer comes for a massage with medical problems of a medical nature
d) the customer comes for a massage in unsatisfactory hygienic condition
e) the customer expresses himself indecently during the ordering of the massage date
2.6. Early termination of massage / consultation
The massage may be terminated prematurely if:
(a) during the massage / consultation the customer shows obvious signs of infectious diseases, or
(b) during the massage / consultation, the customer develops obvious signs of under - intoxication or addictive substances, or
(c) during the massage / consultation the customer shows obvious signs of health problems, or
d) during the massage / consultation, the customer will behave in an indecent manner despite repeated calls
2.7. Informed customer consent
Before the first massage, the customer is instructed about health risks, indications and contraindications. If he decides to undergo a massage, he clearly and freely shows his informed consent.
2.8. Price list for massages / consultations
The price list of massages and consultations can be viewed at the service provider's headquarters, at the point of sale of gift vouchers and on the operator's website.
3. Complaints about services
When making a complaint about the services provided, the customer must immediately and credibly prove that the subject of the complaint is related to a specific error of the operator. Complaints are submitted in writing to the address of the operator. In the case of an irrelevant complaint, the costs of its discussion will be recovered from the customer.
4. Gift voucher
4.1. Use of a gift voucher
The gift voucher can be used to pay for any service on offer. In the case of a gift voucher with the stated nominal value, the exact type and scope can be agreed upon when arranging the date of the visit, or before the start of the massage / consultation. Payment by gift voucher must be reported before the start of the massage / consultation to verify validity.
4.2. The value of a gift voucher
Gift vouchers are issued either with the stated nominal value or for a specific type of service. The unused value of the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3. Validity of a gift voucher
A gift voucher is valid if its value has not been used up or its expiry date has not expired. The certificate can also be used for partial payment with a cash surcharge.
4.4. Shelf life
The period of validity of the gift voucher is six months from the date of sale indicated on the voucher. The services must be used up no later than the expiration of the voucher. The period of validity cannot be extended.
5. Gift certificate ON-LINE
5.1 Use of the certificate
The certificate can be used to pay for any service on offer. The exact type and scope can be agreed when arranging the date of the visit, or before the start of the service. You can find a description of individual services on the website www.ceylonwellness.cz.
Payment by certificate must be reported before the start of the massage to verify validity.
5.2. Certificate value
The certificate has a value corresponding to the amount that was paid by non-cash payment to the operator's account. Before the massage or consultation, it is necessary to communicate the used variable payment symbol and the account number from which the purchase of the gift certificate was made. Without this information, this certificate is invalid. The unused value of the certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3. Certificate validity
The certificate is valid if its value has not been exhausted or its period of validity has not expired. The certificate can also be used for partial payment with a cash surcharge.
5.4. Shelf life
The period of validity of the gift certificate is six months from the date of crediting the non-cash payment
on behalf of the massage studio. The services must be exhausted no later than the expiration of the certificate. The period of validity cannot be extended.
6. Final provisions
6.1 Occupational safety and risk prevention in the workplace
By ordering the service, the customer agrees to his obligation to comply with the rules of occupational safety and risk prevention at the operator's workplace and the obligation to follow the safety instructions of the operating masseur or consultant.
6.2. Validity and effectiveness
These general terms and conditions enter into force and effect on 17 November .2020.
